Is Hush free?
Two of the three difficulty levels are. Easy and Hard cost nothing and cover up to five apps, which is usually enough — most people are fighting two or three apps, not twenty. Strict is the paid one: $31.99 a year, or $79.99 once.
Can a Hush block be bypassed?
It depends which level you picked. Easy lets you watch an ad for five more minutes. Hard does the same, but only three times a day. Strict has no ad, no timer and no bypass button — while a Strict session is running the block cannot be dismissed or postponed from inside Hush.
Does Hush work on iPhone?
No. Hush is Android only and there is no iOS version. If your day is split between a phone and a laptop, a blocker that runs across every device you own will cover more of it.
Can Hush see what is on my screen?
No. Hush knows which app is open and for how long, never what is inside it. Analytics can be turned off in the app.
Does Hush block split-screen and floating windows?
Yes. Blocking the icon is not enough on Android — an app you cannot open from the home screen will often still open in split-screen, in a floating window, or in freeform mode. Hush covers those routes too.
